Titanium LPBF

Throughout my time printing Titanium has been my favorite material to work with.

All designs here were made in a combination of Fusion360 and nTopology. For the rings, initial sizing bands were printed on an FDM machine to ensure adequate fits. All pieces were then printed on a GE Concept Mlab R out of Titanium Ti6Al4V using standard parameters. Post processing included support removal, hand buffing and hand polishing.
